“Caught up with Dunwoody High School buddies. Go, Wildcats,” read the caption on his Instagram post.

The comments section had fans popping in to say the same thing about the American Idol star, paying him plenty of compliments about his good looks.

“Ryan, we desperately need your secret to eternal youth! ☺️,” a fan shared. One fan wrote, “You look way younger!”, while a different fan said, “Well you’ve aged well for sure.”

Another fan declared, “Ryan has the youth of the rich and famous. I also think the fact that he smiles on TV all the time keeps him young. Being a friendly host and spreading joy to all creates good karma, supple skin and fantastic hair.”

Seacrest’s hair was brought up more than once in the comments section. “Best hair Ryan, and “You have a good hair gene!!!!” are a couple of those fan remarks. One fan added, “You won the hair derby for sure.”

While many comments were focused on Seacrest looking so young, some liked that he was getting to spend time with friends amid his busy career.

“Good for you to finally enjoy time with friends!” said a fan, as another echoed, “Awwww!! I love that!!! How fun!! High school friends are special.”
