But most of all, MLB.TV brings you baseball action every night. Here are some of the best matchups you can enjoy during MLB.TV’s Fourth of July Free Preview.
Mets at Yankees: The Yankees took the first installment of the Subway Series during May’s Rivalry Weekend in the Bronx. The Mets will hope for better results when the return engagement takes place at Citi Field for a three-game series.
Cardinals at Cubs: The Cubs have been in the driver’s seat in the NL Central for most of the season, but the Cardinals are charging fast in the division and this will be the second meeting between the two clubs in a little over a week — and with plenty at stake.
Astros at Dodgers: It’s a rematch of the 2017 World Series, and while only three players from the two teams are still with their current clubs (Jose Altuve, Clayton Kershaw and Kiké Hernández), the standings haven’t changed with both clubs atop their respective divisions.
Giants at Athletics: It’s no longer the Bay Bridge Series, now called the I-80 Series with the A’s now playing in Sacramento, but the intensity of the rivalry hasn’t lessened in any way. The Giants swept all three games at AT&T Park in May, but the A’s hold the all-time advantage over San Francisco in the regular season, 76-75.
