How to Get Horsetail in Grow a Garden
Can I Still Get This Crop?
Yes, you can! The Horsetail is available to craft near the Cosmetics/Crafting shop.
If you don’t want to spend real money, the main way to get a Horsetail seed is by crafting it. That means you won’t be able to buy one using Sheckles like you can for many other plants. Therefore, we’ll need to gather up the right crops to complete the recipe further down.
How to Craft Horsetail in Grow a Garden
Here’s a quick walkthrough on how to get each ingredient:
- Stonebite Seed – You can get this seed from Ancient Seed Packs.
- Bamboo Crop – You can buy this seed from the Seed Shop for 4,000 Sheckles. Then, plant it and harvest the crop for this recipe.
- Corn Crop – You can buy this seed from the Seed Shop for 1,300 Sheckles. Then, plant it and harvest the crop for this recipe.
- 15,000 Sheckles – Selling plants for Sheckles is the primary method.
If you can’t get the seeds for a recipe you need, you can still trade with another player if you only need the crop.
Once you have all the ingredients to craft a Horsetail seed, pick the recipe at the planter crafting station, by the cosmetics stall. Then, make sure you’re holding the right ingredient, such as the seed or crop itself. This can be confusing and lead to the error message, “That is not a required item for crafting” if you try to input the wrong item. Once you have the right item, add each one to the crafting station and wait for it to complete.
