HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) – Rain chances decrease today as hot weather becomes the main story for the day.
DISCUSSION:
Slight chances of showers and storms increase in the afternoon hours of Tuesday, with hot weather being the main theme of the day. High temperatures are forecasted to reach the upper 80s and low 90s, cooling overnight to the low 70s.
Wednesday will see increased chances for scattered showers and storms, starting in the morning and continuing throughout the day, peaking in the evening. High temperatures are expected to be in the low 90s for most of the region.
Thursday will once again bring scattered showers in the morning and storms in the afternoon. The main line of storms will hold off until late evening, carrying us through the overnight hours and into Friday.
