Charlize Theron Goes Backless in Silk Halter Top

  • Charlize Theron’s latest look epitomizes the office siren trend, which dictates a sultry take on business casual dressing.
  • She wore a Givenchy bodysuit, blazer, and trousers designed by Sarah Burton.
  • Burton, who previously worked at Alexander McQueen, was named the brand’s new creative director last fall.

Charlize Theron channeled the office siren trend for her appearance on The Tonight Show yesterday. The actress, who’s currently promoting her new film The Old Guard 2, selected an ensemble from Givenchy’s fall 2025 collection—the first designed by creative director Sarah Burton.

Theron’s outfit consisted of a sleeveless pleated bodysuit, a black double-breasted blazer, and matching high-waisted trousers. She accessorized with open-toe heels and diamond-encrusted hoop earrings, wearing her blond tresses in a middle part.

Earlier that day, the actress tried out two more stylish looks on the streets of NYC: she first paired a pink button-down with black pants and knotted sandals, later changing into a bedazzled micro-mini skirt and a cashmere knit.

In March, Theron proved she’s got what it takes to be considered a cool mom. Stepping out in Sydney with her two daughters, 11-year-old Jackson and 7-year-old August, the Tully actress treated them to a night of Radical Optimism courtesy of Dua Lipa. Like most moms, she made sure to document the excursion on Instagram.

“Oh what a night! @dualipa ❤️,” Theron captioned the post, to which the singer replied in a comment, “You’re the coolest ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

Theron’s Instagram carousel included a few snapshots from the concert, plus a photo of her and Lipa. In another, the actress coordinates with her daughters in white t-shirts. Theron also included a blurry action shot of one of them doing a cartwheel backstage.

Burton, who was known for her tenure at Alexander McQueen, was named Givenchy’s new creative director last fall. She showed her first collection for the house at Paris Fashion Week in March.
