Sarina Wiegman has named a strong starting XI in England‘s final match before Euro 2025.

As expected, Alessia Russo leads the frontline, with Hannah Hampton as England’s number one goalkeeper.

Alex Greenwood and Jess Carter start in defence, while Ella Toone gets the nod over Jess Park and Grace Clinton in midfield.

Georgia Stanway starts her second successive match for England, while Lauren James is on the bench but is expected to feature.

Subs: Charles, James, Le Tissier, Moorhouse, Clinton, Morgan, Agyemang, Kelly, Beever-Jones, Park, Keating, Wubben-Moy.

There are some big names missing from Jamaica‘s squad as they are managing the load before October’s World Cup qualifiers.

Manchester City’s Khadija Shaw, Jamaica’s all-time record goalscorer, is rested after recently recovering from injury.

Goalkeeper Becky Spencer and Tottenham’s Drew Spence are among the other WSL-based players to be rested, while Liverpool’s Taylor Hinds is still waiting for her Jamaican passport in order to play.

Crystal Palace’s Allyson Swaby captains the side.

Jamaica XI: Brooks, C Swaby, McKenna, Van Zanten, Cameron, A Swaby, Simmonds, Primus, Adamolekun, Ingleton.

Subs: Morgan, Mensah, Cardoza, Sampson, Bailey, Walker, Mitchell, Thomas, Blades.
