LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Two tickets for the July 7 Powerball tickets were sold in Kentucky won substantial sums of money.
A winning ticket worth $1 million was sold at the Kroger on Starlite Drive in Owensboro, and another winning ticket worth $50,000 was sold at Cox’s Smokers Outlet on Westport Road in Louisville.
Monday night’s winning Powerball numbers were: 33 – 35 – 58– 61 – 69 with 25 as the Powerball. The winning $1 million ticket matched five white ball winning numbers but not the Powerball.
The $50,000 winning ticket matched four white winning numbers and the Powerball.
Winners should sign the back of their tickets and keep them in a secure location. All Kentucky Lottery prizes must be claimed within 180 days from the date of the drawing. Prizes at can be claimed at lottery headquarters on Main Street in Louisville. Winners are requested to contact the lottery at 1-877-789-4532 to make an appointment.
No grand prize winners were drawn during Monday’s game. The next drawing will take place at 11 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, with an estimated jackpot of $216 million.
