Kelley Wolf is continuing to emphasize how happy she is, amid her ongoing divorce from Scott Wolf.
The longtime couple announced their split after 21 years together on June 10. Scott called it “the most difficult decision of my life” in a statement to PEOPLE, as he emphasized that their main priority is their three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.
Two weeks later, the Party of Five alum, 57, filed a restraining order against Kelley, 48, and was granted temporary sole and legal custody of their kids.
Kelley has been sharing updates on how she’s doing amid the ongoing divorce in regular updates to her Instagram. In her latest post on Friday, July 4, she shared a video of the deck where she was spending time outside, with her dog keeping her company.
The video, which was set to John Mellencamp‘s “Small Town,” also saw her show off a candle she was burning, the bottle of red wine she was drinking, pointed out an unopened pack of cigarettes and several books and journals.
In the caption, Kelley wrote, “Love makes the world go round … and in the times you feel heavy … KNOW … you are special. Peace is a state of mind. And your mind is all that can tell you otherwise.”
She also noted that she is “HAPPY” and “that’s okay.”
“It’s okay to hold many things at once. We are dynamic … and I am ready to begin again … ,” Kelley concluded her caption.

Prior to Scott’s restraining order, Kelley was detained by police for “concerning” comments she made to her dad and others.
On June 13, the mother of three shared footage on Instagram of police arriving at her residence and taking her to the hospital.
Kelley was detained and handcuffed by sheriffs in Utah County, Utah, and was admitted to a local hospital, PEOPLE confirmed.
“Deputies responded to the Sundance Resort for a report of a female that needed some help,” read a statement from law enforcement obtained by PEOPLE about the incident.
“Upon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies,” the statement continued. “For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.”
Kelley later confirmed she was placed under an “involuntary 5150,” which is “a critical intervention used to detain individuals who are considered a danger to themselves or others or are gravely disabled due to a mental disorder,” per the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

In a post from the hospital where she was taken, Kelley said she was “happier than I have ever been” and had “no idea why or how this is happening.”
“I am compliant, calm and respectful, and hopefully this is all sorted very quickly,” she wrote. “This is one of the darkest things I’ve experienced.”
In the temporary restraining order Scott was granted against Kelley, her behavior was described as a “threat” to their kids.

According to documents obtained by PEOPLE, Kelley “engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children.”
The temporary restraining order also laid out that her custody or parent time of the minor children is temporarily suspended, and will be “supervised by an agreed-upon third party or agency pending further order by the court.”
Kelley was also “restrained from posting anything on social media regarding the parties’ divorce action, the parties’ minor children or pertaining to Scott,” per the documents, or she is at risk of a fine or jail time.
The next court hearing regarding the temporary restraining order is scheduled for July 7 in Summit County District Court in Utah.
