The second round of the 2025 John Deere Classic gets underway Friday morning at TPC Deere Run in Illinois. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the tournament on Friday, including full John Deere Classic TV coverage, streaming info and Round 2 tee times.
How to watch John Deere Classic on Friday
On Day 1 at TPC Deere Run, the pros proved why they are PGA Tour cardholders. Birdies were plentiful, with a host of pros going super low on Thursday. No one went lower than Doug Ghim, who set the early pace with a nine-under 62.
But Ghim has lots of company near the top of the leaderboard heading into Round 2, most notably in the form six-time Tour winner Max Homa. Homa has struggled mightily this season, but not so in opening round, where he fired a 63 to tie Austin Eckroat one shot behind Ghim.
Max Homa’s Round 1 highlights from John Deere
In the opening round of the 2025 John Deere Classic, Max Homa turned in an 8-under 63, marking his lowest opening round on TOUR, placing him one stroke off the lead heading into Friday.
Elsewhere on the course, Rickie Fowler recovered from a shaky first nine to post a six-under 65. He’ll start Friday’s second round T8.
